Duck, Duck, Duck....

Sometimes we do oddball crazy things that aren't really very smart. And by "we," I mean mostly me.

So when the opportunity to care for an orphan duck came up, we ended up with a duck. Which is fine. Except he stinks and requires more upkeep than the dog. (Ducks have been a regular snapshot subject when I have a camera handy...)

Of course, what I do is photography, and it is hard to beat a duck as a baby photo prop.

Joshua does like to look at the duck. Luckily, he is not big enough to chase the duck or we would all be in trouble.

I have been known to chase ducks now and then myself..


Put the two of them together and it gets pretty funny.

I was really getting the camera out to take some pics since Joshua is 5 months old tomorrow.. crazy how that has flown by.
